Products and orders
Check the product, size, quantity, delivery address and contact details before placing your order. Products are subject to availability. Product images illustrate the items; packaging may change. If we cannot fulfil an order as placed, we will contact you to agree how to proceed.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GHS). The checkout displays the items, delivery charge and total payable before payment. Payments are processed through Paystack using the options available at checkout. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; it does not by itself confirm successful payment or dispatch.
Delivery
Delivery is available throughout Ghana at a flat charge of GH₵60 per order. Provide an accurate address and a working contact number. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after your order and payment have been confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Contact us for assistance with delays. International delivery is not currently offered through checkout.
Food information
Read the product information and packaging for ingredients, allergens, storage and use instructions. If you have a food allergy or a dietary question, contact us before ordering. Do not consume an item if its packaging is damaged or you believe it may be unsafe.
Order changes and problems
To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or in an unsatisfactory condition, contact us with your order details and, where possible, photographs so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please contact us before returning a food item. These terms do not limit any rights that apply under applicable law.
