Contact us about your order
We want your Manye Cooks order to arrive in good condition. If an item is damaged, incorrect, missing or appears spoiled, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at manyecooksfoods@gmail.com or +233 53 818 2150.
Information to provide
Include your order number, the item affected and a description of the problem. Where possible, send photographs of the product, packaging and label. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. Do not consume any food that you believe may be unsafe.
Returns of food products
Please contact us before sending any item back. Because we sell food, return eligibility depends on the product, its condition, storage and the reason for the request. Requests to return unopened, unused products in their original packaging will be assessed individually. We do not normally accept change-of-mind returns of opened or perishable food. This does not prevent you from reporting damaged, defective, incorrect or unsafe goods.
Replacements and refunds
We will review your request and contact you about an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or another agreed arrangement. If a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount and arrange it through the original payment method where possible. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on the payment provider or bank.
Return delivery costs
For an approved return caused by an incorrect or faulty item supplied by us, we will arrange or cover the agreed return delivery costs. For other approved returns, we will explain any return delivery charges before you proceed. Please do not incur return delivery charges without contacting us first.
Cancellations and order changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether it can still be changed before dispatch and confirm any refund or other arrangements. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
